  9. I just spoke to a friend who spoke to his friend who works in the north.  They
  10. have to worry about polar bears.  They usually carry shot guns loaded with
  11. slugs but because of environmental concerns, they started using those bear
  12. repelants.  He said they will "drop a bear in two meters".  I know they aren't
  13. meant to "drop" a bear.  It was probably just his colorful expression.
