  13.   It appears that Tracy airport has changed its id from o36 to tcy.  Does 
  14. anyone know the story behind this?  Are they thinking of attracting commercial 
  15. flights or expanding the place?  I know that there was talk recently about 
  16. closing down the place to make way for more housing development
  17. and moving airport operations to New Jerusalem.
