- Carl, the arresting gear you saw is standard, and I would expect the USAF to re
- quire it's installation on any field the F-117 (a misnomer for a bomber, but th
- en Congress would never have funded a B-117) operated from. Since the one you
- saw only stopped by for a day, it makes sense to break out the porta-stopper an
- d rig it.
