- I'm not a mechanic, but I'd take a look at the fuel injection. When
- you first start a CIS engine the cold start valve shoots an extra
- shot into the manifold for 20 or 30 seconds. It might be that the
- normal injection is not providing enough fuel and this is enough to
- keep the engine running.
