  21. I'm not a mechanic, but I'd take a look at the fuel injection. When
  22. you first start a CIS engine the cold start valve shoots an extra
  23. shot into the manifold for 20 or 30 seconds. It might be that the
  24. normal injection is not providing enough fuel and this is enough to
  25. keep the engine running.
