  10. The son of my SO has just acquired a '70 bug.  In attempting to get it smogged
  11. it was found that the Thermostatic Air Cleaner control cable was missing.
  12. The thing passed all smog tests except for the disconnected cable.
  13. He got one from San Jose, CA for $40!!!! Looks like a bike brake cable.
  14. I see where it connects to the flapper on the air cleaner, but I cant find
  15. where is connects on the other end.  I assume that it is somewhere on the 
  16. manifold to get some temp sensing. Can someone be specific as to where
  17. it connects to.  I assume the looped end snapps on to the flapper. THanks
