  12. My friend's experience with bad gas also occured with the car nearly
  13. out of gas.  On hwy driving, it lost power and finally wouldn't even 
  14. start.  The fuel distributor had been mortally wounded and the dealer
  15. replaced it at a cost of over 100 bucks.  End of story.  good luck!
