- I heard Chrysler has this "doo-dad" that a consumer can buy. The
- "doo-dad" is for those situations where the owner has difficulty
- reproducing a problem for the mechanic. What you do is drive around
- with the "doo-dad" and push a button when the problem occurs. The
- "doo-dad" then records everything that was happening in a window of
- time surrounding the button press. Presumably this provides enough
- info for the mechanic to fix the problem.
