- I think putting a Turbo on your Hyundai Excel is a great idea. Also, most
- folks like to go to 17 inch rims with 35-40 ratio tires, like Yokohamas
- or Pirellis. This combination should put you well below a 20-second
- 1/4 mile, with looks to boot.
