  24. I think putting a Turbo on your Hyundai Excel is a great idea.  Also, most
  25. folks like to go to 17 inch rims with 35-40 ratio tires, like Yokohamas
  26. or Pirellis.  This combination should put you well below a 20-second
  27. 1/4 mile, with looks to boot.
