  13. I recently read an account of a popular 4WD magazine taking a
  14. Grand Cherokee (Jeep's newest SUV) over the Rubicon trail in
  15. California.  They indicated that on some 45 degree downhill
  16. portions of the trail, the vehicle simply **would not stop**.
  17. They said it was kind of scary for them and onlookers helping
  18. guide them down the trail.  Cases like this highlight the need 
  19. to be able to override the ABS system.
