- When I lived in MN I knew of a number of people who tinted their windows
- all the way around with no problem - I understand in TX you can do all
- the windows too - in CA, the windshield and two front (driver & passenger)
- cannot be tinted - the CHP likes to be able to see into the car when
- they are approaching it - so, it seems to me, the 'safety factor' involved
- is the CHPs not mine.....B-)
