  19. Cheever hasn't won an openwheel race since 1979 during his F2 days with 
  20. Osella.  In 1986 he won sportscar races with the TWR Jaguar team.  Earlier
  21. in his F2 days, he was a championship leader at one point against the
  22. likes of Pironi and Arnoux.

  29. I don't seem to understand what you mean by nothing.  He has had 9 podiums
  30. in F1.  Only once did he have a teammate that was able to win a race and
  31. that was Alain Prost and Cheever never got the same equipment as Prost.  
  32. Given that, I think you could safely say he has driven almost (if not all of)
  33. his entire F1 career in cars that were not capable of winning.  Other drivers 
  34. that have never won in F1 include Alesi, Brundle, DeCesaris, Fabi, and 
  35. Warwick.  Have they done nothing in F1 too?
