  16. The race stayed close right to the end, and Matt Kappel pulled off a
  17. stunning victory at the finish.  While Matt was always near the top and
  18. never worse than 7th, this is the first time he took the lead, with a very
  19. good Drivers' score an excellent Constructors' score and 11 correctly
  20. predicted wins.

  22. Congratulations also to Team Finland, Jukka Hartikainen and Timo Backman,
  23. who finished 2nd and 3rd, Jukka less than 2 points behind Matt in a very
  24. close battle.  Jukka can only wish that Thierry Boutsen's engine had
  25. blown in that final race in Australia...  :)
