  14. Someone asked earlier what a pendulum turn is.  It is a rally driving technique
  15. where the car is given a quick "twich" in the opposite direction of the turn.
  16. It is meant to set the car for the apex and also to keep the car as much  as 
  17. possible on the border of the "traction circle".

  19. Please correct me if I'm wrong (Why am I writing this?  Of course someone will
  20. correct me if I'm wrong.  Someone will correct me even if I'm right).
