  27. IMHO I place a low value on kit cars. They're relatively worthless as an
  28. investment, and they're almost as expensive as a real colectible. Quality
  29. varies widely. I would avoid any sleazoid hard-sell salesman. Plus it 
  30. takes a fair amount of time, extra parts, and skill to build a car.

  32. Personally, I would consider looking at your "second favorite" collectible
  33. car if you can't afford the Porsche. There are a lot of "interesting" old
  34. cars out there that aren't terribly expensive.
