  13. I am helping a friend to modify his Leak stereo 50 valve power amps.  He
  14. bought these recently and the previous owner had done some changes (Mostly
  15. not the ones I would have done).  One change I am unsure about is the
  16. coupling caps from the phase splitter to the two output valves (KT66s). 
  17. These are marked "Wima Durolit 0.22 630V".  Can anyone tell me what type
  18. these are (poly-propylene/-ester/-styrene etc) and whether they are any
  19. good.  Coupling to the phase splitter was changed to some cheap, modern
  20. polyesters so I'm not sure whether the Wimas are original or whether the
  21. previous modifier(s) were inconsistent in coupling capacitor choice.
