- I think I see your problem.

- Reconnect your negative wire to the closest piece of metal, Not
- the BATTERY.

- If noise still persists, connect a wire (14 AWG) to the chassis
- of the amp to the chassis of the radio.

- I not knowedgable about the cap but I would use something around
- 1000uF (microFarads).

- I would suppose someone else would give you help
- on the cap, but please Connect the negative wire to teh closest piece of
- metal!!!!.
