- This is good, but a far simpler thing to do is to just steal the car
- (use any destructive means you like). Park it on the sidewalk in
- front of the nearest police station, or in a bus lane or other place
- where it will be towed away right quick. If any of the neighbors see
- you, invite them to help-- after a few nights of false alarms, they'll
- be glad to do it.
