  38. This is good, but a far simpler thing to do is to just steal the car
  39. (use any destructive means you like).  Park it on the sidewalk in
  40. front of the nearest police station, or in a bus lane or other place
  41. where it will be towed away right quick.  If any of the neighbors see
  42. you, invite them to help-- after a few nights of false alarms, they'll
  43. be glad to do it.
