  17. How did rec.arts.startrek get created then?  Was it one of the earliest
  18. newsgroups to be created in rec.arts (probably right after erotica.)  If
  19. such is the case then how did they ever get away with breaking it down
  20. into six or eight subgroups?  Shouldn't it really have been moved into a
  21. more appropriate hierarchy at the same time?
