  37. I wonder if I was the only one who immediately thought of Artoo-Detoo
  38. when the Exocomp refused to enter that tunnel but merely sat there 
  39. making funny noises?  And if you consider that Commander Data might
  40. be considered similar to C-3PO, you'd almost expect him to start
  41. addressing the exocomps in a British accent...  :)

  44. about ST:TNG constantly "stealing" from this or that old movie, or 
  45. episode of TOS, LIGHTEN UP--some ideas occur independantly of each
  46. other, and just tend to resemble each other superficially.)
