  19. He also killed the Klingon renegade who was aiming a disruptor into the
  20. dilithium chamber ("Heart of Glory").  That was a merciful act, to let
  21. him die as a warrior instead of in a shameful execution.  You might want
  22. to listen to Worf's speech to his fellow Klingon about duty.  Picard
  23. frowns upon killing if there is any alternative, so Worf's duty as a
  24. warrior AND security chief is to try to keep any situation from getting
  25. to the point where killing is necessary.

  31. I agree that he botched it during the Ferengi takeover, or more accurately,
  32. the writers botched it.  As I pointed out before, they could have written
  33. it so he took out one or two of them and then another one dropped him.

  35. By the way, several people keep referring to *6* Ferengi capturing the
  36. ship.  We don't know how many Ferengi it took to seize the ship, only
  37. how many they left on board after they thought they had everything
  38. secured.  They would have needed most of them on the planet to control
  39. nearly 1000 personnel forced into mining the ore for them.  For that matter,
  40. there could have been more than six on board as a guard, if more than one
  41. transporter room were utilized for the recapture.
