  19. I'll reiterate something I posted a few months ago. There is one piece of  
  20. evidence that Andred specifically is capable of regeneration. When he is  
  21. escorting an elderly time lord out of the capitol that TL says: "When you  
  22. get to be my age - I'm in my tenth regeneration you know." 
  23. Andred does _not_ react with something along the lines of "You priveledged  
  24. *-* I don't regenerate. You live 13 times as long as I do!"
