- In article <1992Nov18.140142.1@cc.newcastle.edu.au>
- c8643631@cc.newcastle.edu.au (Mr Flibble) successfully dispels the
- 'Doctor as complete pacifist' myth. (Although going to execute someone
- and executing someone aren't quite the same thing.)
-
- I know it's probably not 'canon', but the fourth _Timewyrm_ book
- (Revelation?--please forgive, it's packed away) explores this topic.
- I personally felt that it was not just a good Dr. Who story, but
- also a GOOD BOOK. The first three were fairly standard, but this one
- had cyberpunk, modern music, mysticism, character development, etc.
- (not necessarily in that order.) :)
- Anyway, if you want to explore the pacifist aspect, check it out.
