  29. Time Lord was first introduced in The War Games, 1969, Terrence Dicks
  30. and Malcolm Hulke.  Since these were some of the founding fathers of
  31. Doctor Who cannon, I'd tend to not dispute them.

  43. Leela + Andred:  Andred was a Capital Guard, and NOT a Time Lord.
  44. Hence, your supposition that he could regenerate is unfounded; we have
  45. no idea either way, and hence he is a bad example.

  47. Susan + David Campbell + Q = Guinan:  Oops.  Sorry, that's a different
  48. post.  But again, we have no real proof that Susan is either a Time
  49. Lord OR a Gallifreyan.  All we have is that the Doctor is her
  50. Grandfather, but since we have no proof that the Doctor had any
  51. children, we can't be sure if this was a term of affection.

  53. Further note:  We have NEVER seen REAL Time Lords (tm) engaged in any
  54. form of real love-relationship.  Not even Strella.  (Ooops, what a
  55. give-away!)  Not only that, but I'd like everybody that still believes
  56. that gender determines sexual preference to go watch Star Trek: The
  57. Next Generation - The Host reruns a few hundred times, if only just to
  58. play: "Yeah, I see Cheryl Gates McFadden's kid!  Under the smock!"
