  13.  Could someone post me what the video release dates were for all the DW
  14. videos that are now on the shelves? I'm interested in knowing the dates
  15. for UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA (I'm sure some dates are
  16. bundled with two and/or three countries together).
