- Exactly the same thing happened to me. I was just sitting there to pass the
- time (I don't normally watch it) and then suddenly be eyes registered a
- rectangular blue shape on the screen. 0.02 seconds later I was staring
- avidly as they announced they were going to talk about it.
- The moment the bloke said 'But first this...' I was out of the room
- and running around looking for an unoccupied phone. Seconds later I dug
- out some cash I bawled down the receiver 'Mum videotape Tomorrow's World
- Now' before sprinting back to spend 10 minutes watching an article
- about bridge-building. Had I missed it?

- It was rather exciting to watch the article (though the could have used
- a more interesting clip), just wondering whether they were going to
- mention Ian Levine by name or not. I wouldn't say the clip was better
- than other colour Pertwees - it was just slightly better than an
- American 525 recording (or a BBC video, come to that).

- I should expect that they would've used the original colour material
- wherever possible, so for the cliffhangers they'd just take it straight
- from Ep4. However, that said, maybe they won't if it makes the
- picture quality jump, and when they showed the trailer for it at
- Panopticon it looked as though they'd colourized the title sequences
- as well.
- It's good to see the BBC actually plugging Doctor Who for a change, but
- one can't help feeling that they're just trying to avoid anyone
- phoning in to complain about the picutre quality...
