  13.  It seems I am the bearer of bad tidings. After all my postings about the 
  14.  return of Tenth Planet 4 to the BBC, it transpires that the tape given was
  15.  blank.
  16.  This has come from an in house source which makes it all the more upsetting.
  17.  I have no more information at this point, but I am willing to speculate on
  18.  a few reasons. The dream answer would be this is a very clever BBc hoax, but
  19.  I dont think they are that intelligent.
