- Actually, in An Unearthly Child, wehn the Doctor is telling Ian and Barbara
- who he is, he says that they were outcasts from Gallifrey (paraphrasing a bit)
- and that "...one day we will return..." Of course this episode did make it
- seem like he was thrown out of Gallifrey. :)
