  14.   Here is another addition to the rumour zone, that part of fandom that takes
  15.   the wildest of speculations and makes them true.
  16.   From the title given, a rumour is rushing around that the second Troughton
  17.   story, The Highlanders (immortal free) has been found.
  18.   That two episodes of Power of the Daleks exist (very strong)

  20.   and, this is the bad bit if you want to believe it,
  21.   the Tenth Planet 4 was returned on a blank tape, ie it dont exist after all.

  24.   We can only hope that the first bit is true, and the 2nd bit isnt.
