  18. Lately, I've been hearing a lot about how hostile California has
  19. been to smaller businesses, as well.  A lot of them are simply moving
  20. out of state.  Disney, of course, can't just move Disneyland
  21. elsewhere.  Much opposition has to do with environmental issues, it
  22. seems.  We're all probably going to die of cancer here in
  23. California, anyway. ;-)  The government should let us have Westcot.
