- The same thing happen here in Santa Cruz County. Saturday morning I got up
- and call the theater to make sure when the tickets went on sale. They said
- the tickets for the show would go on sale a 5:30, two hours before the show.
- But at this theater you can go to the show before the preview and stay and
- watch the next show (Aladdin). Apparently what happen was the tickets went on
- sale for the earlier show they were all sold out before the 5:30 sale. What
- was suppose to happen was they were suppose to set aside a porition of the
- tickets for the 5:30 sale, and this didn't happen. Alot of hearts were broken
- by the decision of the manager and every disappointed customer attacked the
- manager, expected me, I went home a cried.
