  36. The same thing happen here in Santa Cruz County.  Saturday morning I got up
  37. and call the theater to make sure when the tickets went on sale.  They said
  38. the tickets for the show would go on sale a 5:30, two hours before the show.
  39. But at this theater you can go to the show before the preview and stay and
  40. watch the next show (Aladdin).  Apparently what happen was the tickets went on
  41. sale for the earlier show they were all sold out before the 5:30 sale.  What
  42. was suppose to happen was they were suppose to set aside a porition of the
  43. tickets for the 5:30 sale, and this didn't happen.  Alot of hearts were broken
  44. by the decision of the manager and every disappointed customer attacked the
  45. manager, expected me, I went home a cried.
