  35. Don't you think Mr. Menken did this on purpose?  As to Aladdin sounding like
  36. other songs by Menken, I think that is very common.  It is not at all 
  37. unusual for a composer's songs to sound similar to each other.  After all, in
  38. classical music, it doesn't take that much practice to be able to identify 
  39. the composer by just listening to a little bit of a song.
