  21. This is right, we HAVE PAL here in Germany. SECAM was(!) used by the
  22. former GDR (or DDR as we called it here).

  24. Btw.  are there only 5 to 6 manga videos in PAL available?
  25. I currently have Venus Wars (I liked it very much), and
  26. Dominion-Tank Police Acts 1,2,3 and 4 (I liked it even more than V.W.).
