  24. Yeah, I do animation, but not the figure type that most people talk
  25. about here.  Two of our other faculty members, Skip Battaglia and Stephanie
  26. Maxwell, are well known animators.  Stephanie paints directly on film,
  27. Skip is somewhat more traditional than that, often using colored pencils
  28. on paper.

  30. We have an undergraduate specialization in animation and a graduate program
  31. in computer animation.  I teach the beginning class, Introduction to
  32. Animation (or, the animation factory) (or, Anyone can make good animated
  33. movies) which normally has about 75 persons in it.
