  12. I am trying to convert my non-instant on flouresant light fixture to instant-on.
  13. Has anyone does this? I talked to the people at Home Depot and got nothing but
  14. confusion!!

  16. I have a Oceanic Single blub fixture which has a ballast system which is in line
  17. with the power cord, will I need a new ballast or do I just need to add the starters
  18. to the fixture?
