- If your motivation is financial, then forget it! The material
- cost of a tank (at a retail glass store) is more than a new one.

- If you want to buy a cheaper-than-new tank then try advertising
- locally. The shipping costs will prevent you from getting one
- across country.

- If you run a simple ad saying you're looking for 'an aquarium'
- you may find several to choose from. It has worked for me a couple
- of times. If you're lucky you may find a 'bundle' of stuff from
- someone leaving the hobby.

- I offer $1/gallom for used ones. $1.50/gallon if they have a stand
- or other 'stuff'.
