- I just noticed my 30 gallon marine tank has evolved a couple univalve molluscs
- that are now on the glass. They must have come in on a piece of live rock
- but I have never seen them before. The newest chunk of living rock is about
- 2 months old.
-
- The are about 1 cm (.5") long, oval at the base and very peaked. The colour
- is a mottled red-brown and white spotted pattern. They seem to be eating the
- algae at the back of the tank on the tank wall.
-
- Any ideas what they may be?
