  14.      FOR SALE - WASHER AND REFRIGERATOR

  16. I have sold my rental condo and the new owner has her own washing machine and
  17. refrigerator. So I must sell the ones that were in there.

  19. WASHING MACHINE:
  20.      Ward's Signature 18 "Heavy Duty" washer; Four speed combinations and
  21.      Six cycles. Has "water saver" switch including "extra low". With hoses.
  22.      We've used it twice in the last month - works fine but it's noisey.
  23.      I don't know how old it is - I would guess 20 years. $50/OBO YOU HAUL.

  25. REFRIGERATOR:
  26.      Frigidaire Custom Imperial 170. 17.0 cubic feet total; freezer on top.
  27.      Metal (wire) shelves, 2 vegetable crispers, 1 "meat tender"
  28.      Dark Red   slight odor (I think something spoiled in there once)
  29.      Door shelf has white epoxy holding part of it on. 
  30.      Approximate age: 20 years   Still works fine.  $100/OBO YOU HAUL
