  31. 'Scabbing' simply means that there are enough workers who feel that the
  32. benefit of belonging to the union is outweighed by other factors.  It
  33. tells me that the union isn't doing a good job of justifying itself.
  34. Unions should be like any other service, they survive only if they
  35. are meeting the needs of their customers.
