  10. We are looking for a front-line Technical Support person with some
  11. background in Systems and Network administration.

  13. If you are a quick learner, good with people, creative, self-directed,
  14. and able to deal with interrupt-driven demands, you'll probably be one
  15. of the top candidates.  If you know from experience that modems are cranky
  16. beasts, you've dealt with the oddities of TCP/IP network implementation,
  17. been thrilled at configuring a couple of mail systems, and have had to
  18. answer to a normally happy customer base ("users"), you're almost ideal.
  19. If you also have some organizational skills, we'll be even more delighted.
