  25. No, these are not the GT 5.0 turbine-style rims that are found on the 87-90
  26. Mustangs. Those ones, which I had but sold about two months ago, go for
  27. about $500 a set. I had three sets:  the GT ones, the LX 5.0 ones (has
  28. 10-holes), and the TRX wheels.

  30. My car is an '83, but I've updated it to look like a much newer one, so I
  31. want to get rid of the original-equipment TRX wheels. I am running on
  32. the LX 5.0L wheels with 225/60-15 performance tires right now.

  34. The TRX wheels came as part of a high performance suspension option on
  35. '82-'84 Mustang GTs. They are *VERY* light and allow for exceptional
  36. acceleration and cornering.

  38. Most TRX wheels are dull and depthless, but I've taken out about 5 hours
  39. on each custom polishing them. They look incredible (like chrome, but they
  40. are aluminum) but I no longer need them.

  42. I wanted $75 for all four. TRX wheels are not really popular with late
  43. model 5.0L cars, as the LX 5.0L and GT 5.0L wheels are original equipment.
  44. Most people equip their pre-87 cars with the TRXs.
