  14. I guess I missed the beginning of this, but I don't understand
  15. exactly WHY we need to split sci.electronics along the lines
  16. of 'solid-state'.  I don't see much discussion about tube circutry
  17. anymore, and I personally would not want to be bothered  scanning two
  18. newsgroups for my electronic info needs.

  20. Basically, I am in favor of new groups, but in this case, unless I
  21. missed something dramatic, I cannot see why this is needed or even
  22. desirable.
