  26. This is a circular argument. What was being discussed is how to obtain enough  
  27. knowledge to recognize an RFD or CFV and understand its importance.

  34. The specific problems related to your assertion have been dealt with in other  
  35. posts. I'm not going to recapitulate them. If you don't support the overall  
  36. position that there are things that can be done to make documentation and  
  37. education better, fine. There are people that do and work is being done in that  
  38. area. Time will tell if there is enough support for actually implementing the  
  39. changes once they are created. I hope that there is. I'm not terribly  
  40. interested in arguing points that have been raised and answered merely for the  
  41. sake of debate. If you are truly interested in this issue for the issue itself,  
  42. I suggest that you re-read the related posts. If you have a new point to  
  43. discuss, by all means bring it up.
