  33. Ok.  I was responding to a part of the old proposal. (It's so hard
  34. to keep track....)

  36. The new proposal still doesn't address why rgf.archive is not
  37. (supposedly) appropriate for articles of this type.  From all
  38. accounts it is, has been, and shall be a place where postings
  39. of this type are welcome.
