  28. news.announce.newgroups. Not exactly a high volume newsgroup.

  33.     This is only cliamed so far by one person. Just because people keep
  34. following up on the same subject line doesn't make it true.

  38.     Whoever did it followed the only rules that exist on how to do it
  39. correctly. If the rules need changing, that hardly calls for an apology
  40. by the vote taker. 
  41.     As a small data point, the last time something like this happened,
  42. didn't the person who missed a reorganisation vote, and fought to get an
  43. old group name back later post an article admitting that they might have
  44. made a mistake?

  46.     Personally, I think every group on the net should be under the
  47. manga.* hierarchy, as manga encompases everything, and therefore all
  48. groups are badly placed. Stay tuned for the manga.windows.* re-org,
  49. coming soon.
