  19. I don't like the idea.  There is very little traffic on rec.boats.paddle,
  20. barely enough to justify a newsgroup if you ask me.  If we further split,
  21. then traffic will be even less.  If you really don't want to see crew stuff,
  22. then we'll just ask the rowers to put the word 'ROWING' in their subject
  23. line, and the snobs can kill/autoselect (depending on whether they are kayak
  24. or rowing snobs) on that keyword.

  26. This worked ok in rec.birds for a while - those who kept birds in captivity
  27. put 'INDOOR' in thier subject lines, or got flamed by people who don't jail
  28. birds.
