  14. Please note that effective immediately, rec.games.frp.campaign should be
  15. considered unmoderated.  This change is due to the opinions of several 
  16. people that it is impossible to carry on a discussion about campaigns
  17. in a moderated newsgroup, and campaign discusion is one of the primary
  18. purpose of r.g.f.campaign.
