  20. This is wrong on two counts.

  22. First, "obscene" refers to the Miller test, not child porn.

  24. Two, the Massachusetts law that defined all depictions of nude
  25. childern as illegal child porn was overturned by the Massachusetts'
  26. highest state court as an unconsititionally broad violation of freedom
  27. of expression. (The current Massachsetts law is narrower but still
  28. pretty broad; as far as I know it has not been tested in court.)
