  15. Is there a admin or USENET cop who can stop certain people from
  16. continuously advertising on the net dispite numerous warnings from
  17. many people on the net.  This guy from ICPA has posted an ad at LEAST
  18. 3 times on one newsgroup and cross posted to many others.

  20. How can we stop this unethical violation of the network????
