  12. Software company, looking for intelligent, patient indivduals to 
  13. handle a large number of phone inquiries from customers. 
  14. These are fairly junior level positions with a salary range 
  15. expected to be mid to upper twenties.  Must have:
  16.  
  17.     * PC experience
  18.     * Multi-platform File Transfer Protocol experience
  19.     * Ability to handle often stressful situations with grace, 
  20.       style, and a pleasant attitude..... This means you must 
  21.       recognize that the "irate person on the other end of the 
  22.       phone" is your customer, and they are ALWAYS right (even when
  23.       they're not).
  24.     * C coding skills are nice but not required
  25.     * Any TCP/IP, NFS or OS/2 skills are a major plus.
