  13. Top floor of a 2 family house in Woburn.  I lived there for two years and 
  14. never had any problems.  The landlord is a great guy and the tenant downstairs
  15. never makes any noise.

  18. - 2 Bedrooms plus a big walk in closet/storage.
  19. - Big kitchen, new wallpaper, new paint.
  20. - Redone bath(1).

  22. - Big windows, very sunny apt.
  23. - Steam heat by gas.
  24. - Rent $650 + utils.
